The study consists of a series of questions about, what sort of benefits you are on, questions relating to any Work Capability Assessment that you may have had in the past, general questions about your current state of health (we are not asking for details of your health or your medical history), your experience of dealing with Jobcentre Plus and the Work Programme and your experience of sanctions.
There is also a space at the end for participants to document their experiences in as much detail as they wish. Any results of this research that we may publish or use as evidence in a report will not contain any identifying information of individuals.
The information collected will be used for our research and no names or identifying details will be given to anyone at any time without the express authorisation of yourself. However, should you wish to, you may fill in the form anonymously.
