Mind has collaborated with the Centre for Welfare Reform and sick and disabled people to produce a survey of your experiences of the back-to-work support you receive as a condition of getting ESA, either via the Work Programme or Jobcentre Plus. The survey asks about the quality of help you’re offered and how you feel about the “work-related activity” you’re told to do. It asks about what helps or what gets in the way when you’re on one of these government programmes.
