Saskia Joseph, nine, from Surrey, who lives with the most severe type of cerebral palsy, has spent years battling to go to a special school that can support her needs.
She has twice emailed Prime Minister David Cameron to ask for his help, but with no reply.
So imagine her delight when she was invited to a Downing Street Christmas Party for disabled kids with her mum Victoria.
On meeting the Prime Minister, Saskia said to him: “Hello, why don’t you reply to any of my emails?”
“Cameron was totally flustered and backed away immediately,” Victoria, 34, says.
“He asked an aide to get Saskia’s contact details.
“But she still hasn’t heard from him, so she says she’ll be emailing him again very soon...”
