Call for Evidence: Jobseeker Agreements unfit for purpose or breach the law

In order to challenge the UC Claimant Commitment, I need evidence that Jobcentre Plus Advisers cannot set Claimant Commitments fairly.

Universal Credit Claimants will not have have any right of appeal. If a Jobseeker asks for a review of their CC within 7 days a colleague will look at it to determine if it is reasonable.

Following some research, I believe this procedure is in breach of EU law.

In order to submit a case I need examples of Jobseeker Agreements that have been imposed on claimants without full consideration of their circumstances or, they believe to be unreasonable, unfair and unachievable with the reasons why.

Examples might include:

Your health
Financial circumstances
Homelessness
Travel
Caring reponsibilties
Cost of Jobseeking
Other
