This was sent to me by someone fighting Atos & DWP, someone who is obviously suffering with numerous problems yet the DWP and Atos seem to shut their eyes to the TRUE FACTS provided by this gentleman.
The Atos/DWP Assessment process is a modern system of legal torture, they are getting away with for the moment but their time will come, the evidence has been growing of their incompetance & downright evilness towards some of the most vulnerable members of society, those responsible will eventually pay the price for all the evil they have forced onto those who are least able to defend themselves.
The person who sent me this is also going to be putting a copy of their recording up so people will be able to listen to what happened, thanks to the bravery of individuals like this everyone will see and hear what the sick & disabled have to endure, thanks for standing up to the bastards Gavin…..

Dear Mark Hoban MP Minister of Employment & Andrew Bridgen (who I called but no return call as promised),
Thank you for your letter dated 9th February 2013.
As you know I attend my Atos Assessment 10th January 2013,
While At the Assessment, i recoreded the whole interview to protect myself. after all the horror stories you read on forums, I am glad that i did.
When i arrived at the Assessment centre in derbyshire, i was dropped off at the door that was a total of 3 yards to the door, after registering to inform them I was there, i was then walked 2 yards to a seat and awaited for me to be called, when i was called i then walked to the assessment room approximately, 10 yards to another seat.
That is a total of 15 yards, your Atos Assessment says i can walk 200 yards that is 85 more yards than tested for. as i had breaks in the moving distance. ((recording will prove this))
“Gental look at my hip,,” as detailed by your Atos doctor
Evidence Given was,,,X-ray, Letter from physiotherapy,
Medication,
Tramadol 50mg 2 to be taken 4 times a day or when required.. Currently 10 to 12 per day
instructions on Box
Do Not Drink Alcohol or Drive or operate if feeling sleepy, plus side effects
Night time Sleeping tablets
Zopiclone 7.5mg 1 to be taken each night (but have had to take 2 some times)
instructions on box
if sleepy next day Do Not drive or operate machines
Due to my Hernia Hiatus & Duodenum faulty issues as confirmed by camera down throat..
Lansoprazole 30mg taking 2-4 a day
Amitriptyline 10mg 2 taken at night
If Sleepy do not drive operate machines. plus other side effects.
From drugs alone 80% drowsy effects with other side effects…
Had to pause to resolve issues regarding this Appeal
Due to calls to panic issues of no money from the 3 page letter as per Atos letter attached, no appeals form included as later informed, i called Loran 01^^%%$$ DWP, who said i was to call Gary 0**********, and ask to appeal the Atos report, while i have a active sick note as only issued on the 15/01/2013. Gary said he would get one of the ESA decision makers to call me, a lady Collet called me at 13:00 ish informed me they they would not start my appeal till they received it in writing and no moneys would be paid till they received this also they would need a new medical certificate from my GP as they canceled my current one that I submitted on the 15th of January 2013, that i am now informed is no longer valid and my doctor said they do not have the right to cancel my sick note
I called Loran’s DPW office 01$£$£@ she had been called out but a lady called Jacqui took the call, who checked the system to see if i had a valid sick note on the system.. that i did have she then made a call to ESA team spoke to Collet.. who said my 6 month sick note is not valid ((that was issued on the 15/01/2013)) as they closed my case…
Now i was Due my 14 day benefit ESA 18th january 2013, but due to this Cut off 100% no money no supplement payment made at the JSA rate. nothing now panicking how i will buy food Medication. where will i get money to get taxi to benefit office as no money…as i expressed popping a overdose is so easy when left in this limbo Jacqui said to email my Appeal %%%%@DWP.GSI.Gov.uk that i have added above
I called my doctors again to get a urgent Sick note done so to have this in your in box for monday morning… Stress this has caused
Back to Recored interview and appeal
in the recording you will hear that doctor acknowledge the clear fracture to my skull from temple to crown, she acknowledge my back lumber that cased me to struggle un-aided getting out of the chair, she acknowledge my lumber of my back due to my hip issues,
In my physiotherapy letter it clearly stated i need help due to limited movement of my leg and back support, with ongoing head issues ((this was ignored))
My X-ray showing clearly Bone on bone in the hip and femur no cartilage to cushion the two bones..
See clearly see many areas that the voice recording will confirm her saying. as proven in recording when under self moving was unable to move my right leg to the degree she required me to move it to with out pain or discomfort.. this clearly ignored..
Back issues not addressed/ skull issues identified not addressed/ lack of movement identified not address, this report when you compare it to the voice recording does not match leads to fraud and deception by DWP and ATOS altering forms to suit the criteria
Back and lower limb problems ignored…. to see a doctor and she inform me that her views and what she see is not down to her decision… wonder why you ask me to see a 10 minuet assessment to have someone at ESA override and Tick boxes to suit…

My doctor insist that my sick note should be replaced in June 14th 2013, your DWP office claimed they called my Doctor who said it was 5 months Sick note
here is my doctors details to confirm the fraud to alter my sick note at DWP, where they claimed they called my GP but didn’t do so or they would of been told it was six months as per attached sick note..
after my assessment on the 10th january 2013 i submitted another 6 month sick note this makes that sick valid, as you said after my assessment if i lose ESA i would have to submit a new Sick note Well i did
Assessment 10th jan 2013,,ESA Stopped, new sick note 15-02-2013 new sick note, but you want a new sick note from today for the next 6 months at a cost to the NHS..
Should my depression kick in due to worry of no moneys and no benefit to get more medication and food to permit surviving.. should any harm come to me due to this unfair conduct and abuse of system services put in place that have not been followed liability lies with Mark Hoban MP Minister of Employment & Andrew Bridgen / and all DWP staff i asked to help regarding this matter that refused to help..
Thank you DWP cancel my benifits leaving me with no other options as per your letter attached… no information what to do next… this is the conduct that causes Suicide and deaths
