ConDem Nation comments:
The real dilemma is why would anyone be willing to allow the BBC or other channels of toxic junk into their homes.
Life is too short to Sit, Watch and Zone Out like good little children.
Put your boot through it and read a book!

To pay, or not to pay ?
Abused for two years from the age of nine by sick perverts at the BBC, it is understandable why Leisha Brookes is not inclined to pay her BBC licence fee.
But what about the rest of us ?
I’ve never abused a child in my life and I’ve never been complicit in child abuse. Why should I pay the BBC money so that they can compensate victims ?
Shouldn’t those who have abused and those who were complicit take personal responsibility for what went on, or am I, and millions more like me, expected to pay and watch BBC managers who earn six figure salaries, past and present, carry on as if nothing has changed ?
It’s not even as though the BBC are making up for what went on in the past by fairly reporting what is going on now. Why are they happy to report on Justin Beiber but not on Operation Fernbridge ? The BBC are keen to fund the dreadful One Show but not proper journalism.
A woman has vowed to go to jail rather than pay her TV licence because she claimed she was abused by Jimmy Savile and 35 other men at the BBC’s headquarters.
Magistrates listened in shocked silence as 45-year-old Leisha Brookes explained why she would not pay the £145.50 fee.
She said: ‘No matter what you fine me , I am not going to give a penny to my abusers from the BBC. I cannot pay the BBC or anyone connected with it.’
The repeated abuse by the disgraced DJ and the men, happened over two years at the BBC TV headquarters in White City, west London, when she was about nine years old, she claimed.
Speaking to the Sunday Express Miss Brookes revealed how she was abused after a cameraman friend of her family introduced her to the former Jim’ll Fix It presenter.
