Many people who have experience the debilitating anxiety, frustration, fear, and stress of the current DWP regime of terror have referred to it as "Kafkaesque". The parallels are undeniable and striking.
For anyone who hasn't read the book, this film fortunately is a rarity in that it perhaps captures the menace of the nightmare even better than the original.
