I rather suspect that the further removal of legal aid eligibility for certain aspects of the law has a far more sinister purpose than saving money.
I said last year when legal aid was removed for landlord disputes and such like, that this was just the beginning. No one likes a know it all, and sometimes I wish I was wrong, but these elite cunts are so easy to predict that it doesn’t take a genius to work out their next moves.
All that is needed is to keep your eye on the ball.
These new cuts include the removal of legal aid for family disputes.
No surprise there then.
And whilst I don’t think that legal aid has been removed for child protection issues this time around… It will be in the not too distant future.
I therefore feel it prudent to offer a bit of advice on this matter. Forewarned is forearmed… Very true saying is that.
The state has been stealing children for fucking years, and this agenda was stepped up under the psychopath, closet queen Tony Blair.
Course, child issues are dealt with in secret courts supposedly in “the best interests of the children”. That is absolute bollocks and has only succeeded in making it easier for the corrupt social services to go about their unethical tasks unchallenged.
Now don’t get me wrong. Just like there are good policemen, there are also many good Social Workers, who are absolutely appalled at what is going on. However, like in all things, the vast majority of good people are too scared to speak out.
If only the uninterested, apathetic citizens knew the heartache and misery these corrupt social workers are causing, I suspect that even the meekest of people would be spurred into voicing descent. Sadly, because of the secret courts, the majority of the nation is oblivious to what is going on.
The saying, that ‘there is no smoke without fire’ most definitely does not apply to the vast majority of good, loving parents - accused of abuse without evidence – who are having their lives and their children’s lives destroyed by these cunts.
However, did those poor people affected but know it, the removal of legal aid on child issues is one of the best things that could happen in the long run.
You see, what you have to understand is that if the social services want your child, your legal aid solicitor is going to help them get it.
“WHAT”?
Ohhh, yes. Unbelievable as it may sound, your solicitor is not working for you. A solicitors first duty is to the court. Their second duty is to the public and you my friends, I’m afraid come in at a lowly third.

Ian is a top man, who will give you free advice on how to keep your children with you. However, I tell you now, to do so you will have to be prepared to HELP yourself.
But he will not steer you wrong.
I know this for a fact, because although I am far from an expert I have had three people contact me for help and I am happy to say that two out of the three people have managed to keep hold of their children. The third case, whom I couldn’t help had already had her children removed.
Having said that, I would ask that people do not contact me for help. I would dearly love to help you all, but sadly, I simply do not have the time.
However, the two ladies that I did help to keep their children only did so because I advised them to do exactly the same as Ian would advise them to do… And, Ian knows infinitely more about the subject than I do.
Legal aid is also being removed for employment and debt issues. No surprise there either. The elites want an army of low paid workers, working all the hours god sends with no access to legal advice. The government also have a vested interest in debt.

If we are to ever overthrow this nanny state, you people have to start thinking and acting for yourselves. A scary prospect I know, but one that will pay dividends in the end…
The government may well have shot themselves in the foot this time.

Protest held against UK legal aid cuts
Several hundred British lawyers have staged a protest over the government’s plans to slice a further £220 million from the criminal legal aid budget and remove defendants’ ability to choose a solicitor.
Carrying placards and chanting slogans, British lawyers blocked the road outside the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) in central London on Tuesday to express their anger against plans to slash legal aid spending.
Protesters were carrying placards reading, “One law for the rich”, “Democracy under threat” and “Defend legal aid.
The shadow justice minister, Andy Slaughter, MP David Lammy and human right groups, including Liberty and Reprieve, were among those present at the demonstration.
“Squeezing out decent criminal practitioners will drive down standards and inevitably lead to miscarriages of justice. Meanwhile, the government protects itself from effective challenge by restricting legal aid for judicial review,” said James Welch, legal director of Liberty.
Barristers and solicitors condemned the Justice Secretary Chris Grayling’s proposals, saying they would destroy Britain’s international reputation for justice and fair trials.
Earlier in May, a mass protest organized by the London Criminal Courts Solicitors Association (LCCSA) was held outside the Houses of Parliament to oppose the plans to cut legal aid budget.
The UK government is seeking to save about £350 million from its £2.2 billion annual bill for legal aid by removing public funding in many areas of civil law, including family disputes, advice on some employment and education law as well as some debt and housing issues.
