political activist Mark Thomas is fronting a six-month Assessing the Assessors
campaign.
You can take part by going to see Mark - and/or if you're online, you can fill in
the Assess Atos questionnaire!
The questionnaire is part of Mark Thomas's 100 Acts of Minor
Dissent in conjunction with the wowpetition campaign and is
designed to assess Atos's performance in administering Work Capability
Assessments.

The study
consists of a series of general questions followed by a space at the end for
participants to document their experiences in as much detail as they
wish.
The information collected will be used as evidence and no names or
identifying details will be given to anyone at any time without the express and
written authorisation of yourself. However, should you wish to, you may fill in
the form anonymously.
